A cozy villa 90 m² is available for rent in the beautiful area of Gran Alacant near Alicante, a 10-minute drive to the airport, and a 20-minute walk to the stunning Arenals del Sol beach (known for its rich underwater world), perfect for surfing enthusiasts.

Inside, you will find three bright bedrooms with large double beds and flat-screen TVs in each room. The most spacious bedroom is additionally equipped with a fold-out double sofa bed and a baby cot. We have taken care of the details for a family vacation: the house features a children’s desk, a high chair, board games, and a baby bath can be provided upon request. A spacious living room and two bathrooms complete the living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, including a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, and small appliances such as a juicer, toaster, blender, mixer, and electric kettle. For coffee lovers, there is a bean-to-cup coffee machine with a milk frothing function. The utility area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. A cooling and heating air conditioner ensures a comfortable temperature in any season.
